What a croc - escalation....

Here's is the reply I got from ebookmall when I pointed out I couldn't download the book I just paid for:

Hi,
Thanks very much for your order.

I'm sorry but I've never even seen this error, and we don't have any
information about it. It could have been just a temporary error somewhere in
Microsoft's system. My best suggestion would be to give the download another
try. You can do that from your account at the View Orders page:
http://ebookmall.com/view-orders/

If it still gives an error, write back and let me know.

Thanks,
Carrie R.

Your question/comment was:

Clicking 'Get Book' leads to an
HTTP 500 Internal Server Error
with the URL
http://www.ebookmall.com/cr-processing/OFS-mr-js.asp

So I can't download the book I just paid for.

I found this extremely amusing! So I've replied:
Hi,
Still doesn't work and error is the same as before.
Could you explain to me what Microsoft's system has to do with this? I'm pretty sure I bought the book from eBookMall.

Thanks,
Naveen
